Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Fee Policy:
At Get Nailed - Von Mia Beauty, we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate our clients' schedules to the best of our ability. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to appointment cancellations. To ensure the smooth operation of our salon and to respect the time of our stylists and other clients, we have implemented the following cancellation fee policy:
1. **Notification Period**: Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
2. **Cancellation Fee**: Failure to provide the required notice will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service(s) scheduled. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file or must be paid before booking any future appointments.
3. **Exceptions**: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events can occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation, and we will handle it with understanding and flexibility.
4. **Repeated Cancellations**: Clients who repeatedly cancel appointments without providing proper notice may be required to prepay for future appointments or may face restrictions on booking future appointments.
5. **Respect for Others**: Please be mindful of the impact of last-minute cancellations on our stylists and other clients. Your cooperation in adhering to this policy is greatly appreciated.
